We currently ship only within India.
International shipping is not available at the moment.


2. Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
• You will receive an email/SMS notification once your order is confirmed.


3. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your location:
• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

(Business days exclude Sundays & public holidays)


4. Shipping Charges
• Prepaid Orders: Free shipping
 • Cash on Delivery (COD): free shipping

(You can adjust the amount as per your policy)


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
You can also track your order anytime through the “Track Order” page on our website.


6. Incorrect Address

Fixsyy is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Unreachable phone number
• Customer unavailability

If the order is returned to us, reshipping charges may apply.


7. Delayed Deliveries

Delivery may be delayed due to:
• Weather conditions
• Strikes
• Courier congestion
• Festivals or national holidays

We will always try our best to ensure timely delivery.


8. Order Not Received

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:
• Please wait 24 hours
• Check with neighbours/security
• Contact our support team with your order ID

We will coordinate with the courier partner for verification.
